Crotched Mountain Racing
The
Crotched Mountain Race program is dedicated to providing ski training to young
athletes in a fun and positive environment. Learning good skiing technique
that will last a lifetime is the primary focus. Race skills are taught
only after basic skiing skills are mastered. The skiers spend the entire
season with the same coach and fellow skiers working on skill progressions
developed by the United States Ski Team. Several races each year are
available to racers age 8 and up at Crotched Mountain and other New Hampshire
ski areas.
